José Manuel has more than 10 years worldwide seagoing experience in different maritime areas extending from SAR operations and racing yachts to state-of-the-art offshore subsea vessels and yachts, both private and charter. He has also got experience in consultancy and survey in maritime affairs, including teaching both on board and in academic milieu.
On top of being a PADI Divemaster and a rescue swimmer, he holds a valid commercial airline pilot license.
Passionate about water sports, including diving, surfing, kitesurfing, wakeboarding and fishing, José Manuel is proud of being part of CALMA crew and takes great pleasure being able to combine all of his maritime skills and love for the ocean with my outgoing nature to provide a tailor-made charter experience to clients.

Having grown up on the coast of Spain, Jose has been sailing from the age of 6 and cannot imagine his life without the sea.
A passionate seafarer, he worked as a professional sailing instructor and skipper for more than 10 years, and was highly involved in organizing and managing various Spanish nautical competitions.
In addition to that Jose has a wide technical and mechanical background as well as in-depth understanding of boat maintenance and repair.
Extremely hard working and committed, Jose absolutely loves his job and is proud to be part of the team of CALMA.

Pamela is a professional chef with more than 10 years of culinary experience both on land and at sea. She never stops pursuing perfection and believes that learning is a journey that never ends.
In addition to the traditional Italian and Mediterranean cuisine dishes, Pamela has a particular passion for home-made bread and all sorts of pastries and desserts. She always focuses on choosing local organic and seasonal produce, and her guests truly appreciate it. She is a creative chef with a flexible approach towards individual dietary preferences of guests.
Pamela is keen on various water sports and will certainly find common ground with all sailing enthusiasts, SUP surfers as well as yoga lovers.
