Pierre-Antoine is a true water-sports enthusiast. His most recent post at the Diablo Fun Watersports
School in Oléron saw him adopt a managerial role, involving the organisation of catamarans, sand
yachting and bodyboarding, as well as administrative tasks and marketing practices. He has also
worked at the Club Méditerranée El Gouna in Egypt, where he led coaching sessions for funboarding and sailing, conducted theory lessons and was also responsible for repairs, demonstrating his sound technical knowledge. He has developed a clear comprehension of customer relations which he has combined with his passion for sailing and water-sports.
Job description: Pierre-Antoine holds the ability to stand in for the Captain in his absence, acting as
second in command. Assists the Captain in navigation and participates in deck operations, respecting
the guests' activities. Possesses extensive maintenance knowledge and is responsible for the running
and maintenance of deck equipment and all machinery. Seeks out, identifies and solves technical
problems before they escalate. Responsible for the organisation, management and cleanliness of all
interior areas on board. Maintains an accurate inventory of all service items and supplies. Ensures cleaning and preparation of the vessel to the highest standards prior to any and all guests' trips. In charge of provisioning the vessel for both guests and crew in all aspects of daily life. When guests are on board, he ensures that they are properly cared for and that all requirements are met. Offers a particular attention to details and a polite and entertaining spirit.

Jean-Baptise has an extremely wide ranging CV demonstrating the numerous yachts on board which he worked as a chef and first mate. His knowledge of the sea, of charters and life on board luxury yachts is invaluable to any client. He has also participated in several regattas as a professional sailor, such as in Les Voiles de St Tropez and the Monaco and Cannes regatta.
Job description: He is responsible for the guests and crew meals nutrition, assuring a rich variety of food. He estimates food needs, reviews inventory to assure that adequate supplies are available, adhering to budget and to the guests expectations. He carries out food service activities in order to have meals prepared at scheduled times, packaging and freezing samples of all served food to comply with health regulations. He is in charge of the galley. Thanks to his creativity, he prepares new recipes and products in order to satisfy different guests' requests.
