Crew Profile

Captain Pat and Aline have been married for 28 years and have shared many adventures together. With 2 beautiful daughters back in Canada pursuing successful nursing carriers; their motivation to escape the corporate world in northern Alberta Canada brought them to owning and operating Miss Kitty their luxurious 44ft Sailing Catamaran. They are excited to share the adventure with guests.

Together they have logged over 10,000 miles in the past seven years. Their cruising routes has taken them from Texas, Florida, Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, Dominican Republic, Virgin Islands, Curacao, Bonaire & Trinidad.
Pat and Aline are fortunate to both come from large families; and as such, they are not strangers to organizing activities and planning for groups. They enjoy meeting new people and are excited to be able to share and help guide your Caribbean vacation.
About Pat:
Captain Pat grew up in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. He has worked in the Civil Engineering field for over 25 years spending most of that time in the booming Oilsand area of Alberta. He had the unique opportunity of managing staff and large commercial marine vessels in the Tailings Engineering industry among other areas.
As a teenager, he was a competitive swimmer, lifeguard and part of a scuba club. His interest in sailing started as a kid with small sail boats. As an adult, he has always spent the Alberta summers putting in as much time as possible on the water, waterskiing and sailing his Hobie Cat.
Pats love for the water and the boating world both professionally and personally pushed him towards further education into the Yachting world of the Caribbean. Pursuing this new adventure, expanded his knowledge and certifications by completing the Master of Yacht 200 Ton Limited License and STCW95. Along with his numerous sailing hours and experience he is well equipped to guide his crew in enjoyable and safe voyages.
As well as his sailing capabilities, Pat holds his Advanced PADI diver certificate and can show you the ins and outs of snorkeling and free diving. He also knows his way around the blender & the BBQ for those special on board moments. If you are interested in learning some sailing skills while on charter, Pat will gladly share his knowledge and have you participate in the sailing fun.
Utilizing his past experience and education, Pat is committed to ensuring his guests enjoy their vacation in a safe environment.

About Aline:
Aline has had the opportunity to work in several industries including: Chemical, Medical, engineering Quality Management, HR & Safety. Most recently she has expanded her qualifications to include being a Certified Holistic health Practitioner and Shiatsu Therapist. This has given her extensive interpersonal relationship experience. She is intuitive to understanding peoples needs so as to ensure they are comfortable and ultimately able to enjoy their vacation to the fullest.
Aline has spent the better part of 7 years aboard Miss Kitty and is well versed in the yachts intricacies making her an excellent First Mate/Chef. She is committed to helping plan your vacation to meet your expectations and needs, both comfort wise and by offering home cooked specialties.
