David started his career in London in French restaurants at 19 years old. Then, he wanted to widen his knowledge in practising different cuisines such as Italian, Mexican and Asian to acquire different skills.
Five years later he runned his own restaurant. In 2000 he went back to France and worked in the one star Michelin "les Terraillers" in Biot.
Now his cooking is based in combining all those knowledge with fresh and delicatessen products.
David respects both hygiene and nutritional rules and is completely open to suggestions.

Young and active, Elena spent her youth enjoying all aspects of the sea ; she started her career as a diving instructor in the med and then worked all around the world both in diving and Yachting. With great experience in the hospitality industries she will make you feel at home wherever you are... a busy port in the Caribbean or an isolated island in the middle of nowhere.
