This fun and young couple, who both hail from sailing backgrounds, aim to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere on board Luskentyre.

Tom grew up on the River Stour, Essex and has been sailing since he was seven, he competed in dinghy classes to a national level, and quickly progressed onto yacht racing. Tom has raced a number of large sailing yachts including a 12 metre, a 60ft Fife, Oysters and a number of Grand Prix race yachts in Regattas across the UK, Med and Caribbean both inshore and offshore. As well as Toms racing experience, he has been working in the charter yacht world since the age of 18, starting as a deck hand and progressing upwards to now be skipper. He is a commercially endorsed Yachtmaster Offshore, with 7 transatlantic crossings and over 50,000 sea miles under his belt. Tom also holds his Padi Open Water certificate and is a keen diver.

Georgie similarly grew up sailing off the coast of Essex, starting in dinghies and progressing onto yachts. Georgie now has 25,000 sea miles and 2 transatlantic crossings to her name, and holds her RYA Day Skipper certificate. Having completed a diploma in cookery from the renowned Ashburton Cookery School, Georgie has continued to expand and develop her cooking skills.
