His time on the water has given him great knowledge of Off The Beaten Path spots that seldom frequent. But that’s another story.

Chef: Matthew Mazzoni - Executive Chef Mazzoni brings a wealth of experience to yachting, where he has decided to establish himself after ten years working in fine dining, casual dining and catering. His specialties are contemporary and classic cuisine, such as French, Italian, Spanish, American Southern, American Southwest/Mexican and Asian Fusion.
