Mark is a U.S. Coast Guard Captain, RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Offshore, open water certified scuba diver, and a U.S. Certified Sailing Instructor. He enjoys traveling to new places and meeting people, making new friends along the way. He enjoys being on the water more than being on land, so its no surprise that his favorite sports other than sailing are wake boarding, scuba diving, surfing and kiteboarding. On land he also enjoys watching his favorite football team Leicester City.
Mark's sailing experience includes sailing the Atlantic, Pacific, Caribbean, and the Mediterranean. His favorite sailing grounds however are right here in the Virgin Islands.His local knowledge of hidden places and local hot spots enables him to take his guests to the best places throughout the islands.
Originally from Massachusetts, Adriane grew up on and always near the ocean. It's no small wonder that she has made a career working onboard! Adriane began working as a mate on sailboats, then a charter chef and that (along with her natural wanderlust) has taken her all over the world. She has worked as a chef on mega yachts, raceboats and delivery yachts from the Caribbean to the Mediterranean. When she travels, Adriane takes time to explore the different cultures she encounters and enrolls in culinary classes to learn the local cuisines. As a result, her menu reflects a variety of tastes from around the world.

A sailor, diver, and photographer, Adriane always has a good story and is an easy-going presence on board. She has made the US Virgin Islands her winter base for the past 5 years and is consequently an excellent guide and reference for the best places to see or do just about anything in the Islands! Adriane has been a a favorite "go-to" freelance chef for many charter companies based here for the past 3 years, and she enjoyed that freedom and flexibility as well as the success. But the opportunity to work aboard the beautiful catamaran Devine Sailing with Captain Mark proved to be an irresistible opportunity. Adriane is excited to be the official chef on board Devine Sailing!
